Ongoing:
- Coordinating music education adoption of the secondary redesign of education programs.
- Coordinating redesign implementation for all secondary education programs. F14 Accomplishments. W15_SS15 Accomplishments.
- Participated in the team which earned Michigan Department of Education approval of our new Integrated Sciences [DI] Teacher's Certificate Program.
- Attended Co-Teaching Trainer Certification in May, 2015, so that I am now able to teach our model of co-teaching to pairs of faculty co-teaching professional education coursework, as well as mentor teacher/student teacher pairs.
- Created New Course, MUS 380, Principles of Music Education, Winter 2013.
- Designed and implemented practicum in MUS 185, Music in Early Childhood, also redesigned that course for Fine Arts general education designation.
- Catalyst Course Redesign participant 2011-12 [MUS 381] and 2012-13 [MUS 382].
- Administered education key assessments in MUS 381, MUS 382, EDE/S 360, EDE/S 499.
- Coordinated TK-20 Data collection for all music education key assessments.
- Administered General Education Assessments in MUS 185, EDE/S 499.
- As TCP advisor, periodically compile and examine Music Education assessment data for program review by Ed Unit.
- As Interim Coordinator for Secondary Education Programs, compile and examine secondary data for accreditation and program review.
- As Interim Coordinator for Secondary Education Programs, revise existing and create new Unit-level assessment tools.
- As Interim Coordinator for Secondary Education Programs, collaborate with TCP's and Ed Unit Leadership to revise SPA reports.
- As Interim Coordinator for Secondary Education Programs, collaborate with TCP's and Ed Unit Leadership on plans to improve MTTC PRE and Subject-Area test scores.

- Advise 10-15 music education majors per semester
- Collaborate with Erica Ogburn [Student Success Center], Sherryl McLaughlin [Center for Educator Preparation], and TCP Advisors to handle transfer, readmit, fieldwork and other complicated secondary education student matters.
- In 2013-14, I employed undergraduate students Jessica Guerra and Steve Simmons through UROP in a research project at the UM-Flint ECDC. Steve served as a videographer, and Jessica coded examples of various behaviors and also edited video. Jessica presented some of our findings at the 2014 Meeting of the Minds here on UM-Flint's Campus.
- In 2011-12, I co-wrote an article for the UM Flint journal The Scholarship of Teaching with undergraduate student Kristina Gammon.
